  • Pricing for custom illustrations depends on variables such as the scope of work, how many illustrations are required, the style and complexity of the artworks (level of detail.)

  • A custom illustration’s turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece and the number of clients in the queue in front of you. Please contact us for your turnaround time estimate at info@ninakaydigital.com or by filling out the form below.

  • Yes, we must be paid in full prior to starting any design work. We do provide a legally binding contract that protects both parties and informs both parties as to what they can expect during the creation process.

  • Payment method 1- we can make you your own custom shop entry after a consult - this allows you to pay through Squarespace

    Payment option 2 - Venmo/CashApp: You can ask for our screenname by filling out our illustration inquiry form - you can access this by clicking here.

  • You may suggest changes to the artwork after reviewing both the line art sample and the color sample. Each illustration comes with 1 linework revision and one color revision.

    Normally, no changes are required after these steps, but modifying colors is typical at this stage. Backgrounds can be changed, as well, but any adjustments that are extensive and/or not aligned with the initial description upon which the quote was made may require additional charges.

  • Due to your revisions and the ability to purchase more revisions: there are no refunds given for any design work. There are no exceptions to this rule.
